Today is a swatch of this gorgeous red nail color. butter LONDON's Pillar Box Red. This is two coats of it. I absolutely love this color on me! It's a happy, bright red color.

Swatch: butter LONDON - Knackered
Today is a swatch post of butter LONDON's Knackered. I was really surprised of the pigmentation of this bottle, and was expecting more color payoff. It is actually very sheer. I will probably be using this to layer on top of another color soon! Definitely love that you can see different colors in different lights. You can sometimes see a silvery color, and other times you get soft blue/purple color. I tried to capture it in these two pictures!

This is such a unique color, I don't have anything like it. A tarnished, metallic olive gold color. What do you think about the color?

Swatch: N.Y.C. - Empire State Blue
Just a swatch post today of New York Color's Empire State Blue. This is two coats of it. It has some tiny micro shimmers in it, such a pretty color! It's only $0.99!!

Review: Gap nail polish - Mint
My thoughts and experience:
I just recently discovered that GAP sold nail polish, did you know that?? I finally gave in and got one, because I had a $5 GAP gift card that I received from an app called Wrapp. Anyway, so I only ended up paying $1 for this!
The bottle is super cute, it's like a squaval with a shiny top. I was a little surprised about the brush because it felt really cheap, was fatter than most, and bristles poked out some. A little bit disappointing, I was expecting a little more from GAP. But nonetheless, I digress.
The formula dries really fast and the scent was not very strong (always good in my book!). The color is a simple, clean, opaque and creme mint color. Even one coat was fully opaque, but because because of the brush, the formula seemed to streak and drag. I applied another coat along with a top coat to even it out.
My manicure lasted about 5 days before I saw the first chip!
Overall, I like the formula and color alot, but the brush killed it for me. For me, it's a 50/50 because of that issue.

Swatches: Revlon - Buttercup
Revlon ColorStay in Buttercup nail polish is a pretty yellow pastel color. This was done with two coats. The formula wasn't my favorite, as it left little micro bubbles when it was finished.

Swatches: Revlon Nail Art Moon Candy in Supernova
I originally saw these on The PolishAholic and instantly fell in love. When I finally found the display for these Revlon Nail Art Moon Candy polishes at Rite Aid, I just had to get it! They were ringing up for $7.99 so I only purchased one of them (I'm being good!)
This one is called Supernova. One side is a creamy dark grey color and on the other end is pink iridescent shards of flakes.
One coat of grey.
With two coats of flakes.

I can't wait to get all of them!

Swatches: Essie - Off the Shoulder
"Off the Shoulder" is one of Essie's Summer 2012 collection. It's a gorgeous bold, hot pink color. I was really surprised about how it looked because the bottle looked lighter.

Swatches: Julep - Ashley, Kylie, & Leah
My work schedule has been kicking my butt lately, so I apologize for the lack of posts recently. I finally get a three day weekend, which will be spent being lazy and do nothing, lol just kidding :P I'll try to catch up on blogging and getting some house work done.
In the mean time, check out these swatches of some recently acquired Julep nail polish ^.^
Ashley is a sunset orange with metallic micro shimmer.
Kylie is a sultry violet magnetic nail polish. It was a first time for me to use magnetic nail polish, and the experience was pretty fun! I did it wrong the first time by applying too thin of a coat. But got it right the second time :)
Leah is a vivid and refreshing grass green with a hint of shimmer.

Swatches: Julep - Parker and Annette
Hello lovelies!
Just wanted to post a quick swatch of my Julep April box - Parker and Annette. The reason I picked this box was for that tangerine color... it yells "Spring!".
Parker - golden tangerine creme (love it!)
Annette - subtle dove grey creme (this nail polish was extremely thick)
On a side note, I am definitely enjoying this weather and can't wait to get my vegetable garden started! First time gardener here:]

I really love Marisa, I don't have any other colors like it. The light shimmer made it perfect!
