Review and Swatches: Urban Decay Wallpaper Shadow Box

I purchased this Wallpaper Shadow Box for $12 when Urban Decay had their Black Friday sale online.

What is it?
The Urban Decay Shadow Box contains 9 shadows presented in a super-slim mirrored compact. 2 Dual-sided sponge applicators are included. Colors are: Grind, Shotgun, Last Call, Asphyxia, Uzi, Shattered, Smog, Chopper, Midnight Cowboy. 9 x 0.8g

Retail price: $36; but you can find it at Ulta for $19.99

Here are my thoughts:
The first thing that came to me when I saw this was "wow, this is TINY!" And it IS; it measures 12cm x 9cm. It's a very slim compact eyeshadow box that has a variety of colors for both day and night use. The 2 dual-sided sponge applicator and large mirror makes it easy for on the go people. The compact is held together by a decent magnetic closure. The packaging is very cute and girly. The eyeshadows are fairly pigmented, smooth, and easy to apply. There are a couple of them that has glitter to it, and it shows up fairly nice as well. The glittery ones have alot of fall out when applied though. The eyeshadow stays on nicely when used with or without a primer.

From L-R: Grind, Shotgun, Last Call, Asphyxia, Uzi, Shattered, Smog, Chopper, Midnight Cowboy

Would I recommend this to others?
Yes, it's such a variety of colors in this little compact.
