My thoughts and experience:
I received a 1 fl oz size of this in my July Birchbox and was really excited to try it out! It's a first for me to try anything from Philosophy. I find it was really easy to do a one step thing and move on at the end of a long day.
The product lathers easily, has a very light gingery scent. It cleanses and tones gently, as well as hydrates afterwards. It leaves my face feeling soft and smooth after using it. I can actually see this healthy glow around my cheeks! It also does a good job removing eye make up without stinging my eyes (I'm a contact lens user).

My only issue with this product is the price, it's a little bit on the pricier side (for me atleast).  However, it is definitely a splurge that is well worth it! They do have alot of different size options available for this product. I look forward to trying other items from Philosophy in the future, and  even repurchasing this (of course when it goes on sale, lol. I can't help it!)

Have you tried this before? What did you think of it?

  1. I absolutely love this cleanser! I have very dry skin and this is one of the few products I've found that makes my skin squeaky clean without drying it out. It removes makeup SO well too. When I use it with my Clarisonic, the brush head actually looks cleaner when I'm finished. I've found that with other cleansers the brush head looks a bit dingy after use. Works really well without the Clarisonic too!

  3. Thanks for the review! I haven't tried this before. I've been using Neostrata cleanser and am very happy with it! Plus it's cheaper I believe. (Need to save money!)
