You can sign up for their Mobile Coupons here. They sent me a link about a day later with a link to the Target coupons. Take your smartphone to the store to use the coupon, the cashier scans the barcode on your phone.
I picked up these jeggings on the clearance aisle for $4.98 (look in the back area with the 75% off signage). There are a couple of other jeans for the same price too. I used the Target mobile coupon, which made it FREE.
This Rimmel London Lasting Finish Pro nail polish was on sale for $3.50 I used the Target's $2 mobile coupon and stacked it with this printable $2 off coupon from Rimmel's FB page, which made it FREE. I saw some eyeshadow quads for $3.99 as well, so that one will be free too if you choose to get that :] I have too much eyeshadows, and want more nail polish, hehe!
