My thoughts and experience:
I receive this item in my Influenster love vox box that I mentioned here. I was really excited to try these, because the pattern was really cute. The packaging is very simple. You can see the design on the front, so you know what your nails would look like. The back has the instructions on how to use the product. It comes with 28 strips (14 different sizes x 2) and a small nail file.

I have pretty small hands, and was able to find my sizes with ease on all fingers except for one. I had alot of the larger sizes left, so this would not work with my toes (except the big toe). I didn't notice any kind of scents when I applied the nail strips.

Start with clean nails.

Then find your size by laying the sheet over your nail. Gently remove the nail strip and apply directly on clean nail. Fold down the excess strip and use the file in an upward and downward motion to remove it.

That's it! The instructions didn't say to apply a top coat, so I did a little experiment. I applied top coat on one hand, and left the other one without top coat. When it came time to remove it, it was as easy as applying. I didn't need nail polish remover. I simply peeled it off, and that was it. It left a little stickyness which went away by rubbing my nail.

The result? The one without the top coat only lasted 2 days before I saw chipping. The one with a top coat lasted 5 days before I saw chipping!

A couple of tips:
  • Apply nail strip below the cuticle line, not on it.
  • Use scissors to cut to the correct shape if needed.
  • Apply a top coat to make it last longer.
Overall, I am pretty impressed with the results and will probably purchase these again for special occasions, especially the fancier designs. I received alot of compliments on these ^.^

Have you guys tried nail strips? What do you think about these?

  1. It seems like you've had better luck with these than I did. Mine didn't even last a day! Of course, I didn't use a top coat. I couldn't with the ones I had :/

  2. Wow...they do look pretty good. Honestly was not expecting them to. What polish did you use on your ring finger?
