Free after rebate: Carmex Moisture Plus


If you've been wanting to try the new Carmex Moisture Plus lip balms, there is now a rebate to get it FREE! 
Next time you are at CVS, look for them between now and December 15, 2011. 
  1. Print and fill out this rebate form.
  2. Attach original UPC from package.
  3. Attach original CVS receipt.
It will take 4 - 6 weeks to get the check. 
You can always wait for a coupon or when they go on sale to save even more money ^.^
