Swatch: Covergirl Continuous Color Lipstick

Some of you made a comment about wanting to see swatches of these lipsticks on my haul post. So here they are. I wasn't able to get a picture with the lipsticks on my lips because they are super dry and flaky! I'm in search of a lip scrub recipe or just a lip scrub in general. Any ideas?

I purchased Covergirl's continuous color lipstick in Golden Apricot [725], It's Your Mauve [030], and Fabulous Fuchsia [560].

Speaking of Covergirl, have you seen the face for their new line called NatureLuxe? Taylor Swift! She looks so gorgeous here, makes me want to go buy it now. I believe the products should be in stores January 2011.

For a light scrub I usually use sugar mixed with a bit of green tea, exfoliate gently (that's the important part) and moisturise afterwards. I guess you can use it on your lips too... It's pretty easy and it works for me.

Thank you for the swatches - I really like all of the colors! Taylor Swift is beautiful - it makes me wanna buy from the new line too!

i've heard sugar/honey is a great lip scrub! i've never tried it though... i usually just *lightly* brush my lips with a toothbrush when i feel they are starting to flake.. since i have braces, i usually wear lip balm 24/7 so i dont have much of a flaking problem..

the colors are really pretty "it's your mauve"..
and taylor swift is super gorgeous!
